2. Installation process

The installation of SPC locking flooring can be completed by connecting the floor locking buckle, and the installation of the flooring will be simpler and faster, without the need for glue during the installation process. Ordinary workers can install over 100 square meters per day. The installation of self-adhesive PVC flooring is also easier and faster. The back of the floor comes with pressure-sensitive adhesive, which can be directly attached to the floor by removing the protective film.

3. Indoor environmental performance

The SPC floor structure is composed of a PUR crystal shield transparent layer, a pure PVC wear-resistant layer, a rich color film layer, an SPC polymer substrate layer, and a soft and quiet rebound layer. Its floor substrate is made of mineral rock powder mixed with polymer resin, and then subjected to high-temperature hot pressing to form a stable substrate layer. PVC self-adhesive flooring material is not as high as SPC lockable flooring. There are also some poorly controlled businesses where the glue may contain a small amount of formaldehyde, which directly poses a threat to the environment.
